User Benefit:
Prewired output for easy installation.

Description:

The maximum output of the charger (Calculated by Electric Current. The unit is measured in Ampere (Amp)). The higher the output a charger can provide, the faster the chargre can fully charge batteries. High output charger is suitable for charging higher Ah (Ampere Hour) batteries, but not necessarily best for small Ah batteries as it can overcharge smaller batteries and causing batteries to overheat. Please refer to each charger's recommended battery capacity when selecting a charger.

Description:

Number of bank is the total number of prewired outputs per charger. The more outputs, the more 12V battery a charger can charge at te same time.

Saves energy, saves money, and longer life for the charger.

Description:

With built-in with Active PFC (Power Factor Correction), The charger achieves 99% in Power Factor rating. Higer power factor rating means less input enery wasted into unwanted heat. A typical non-PFC charger has Power Factor rating aruond 80~85%. The accumulated energy and money saved with PFC can be significant over time. Additionally, with less unwanted heat generated, the charger and its components would would stay cooler during operation and thus extends product life.

User Benefit:
Power the charger from a properly grounded power outlet anywhere in the world, without manual switch.

Description:

The charger accepts a full range of AC voltage input (100V ~ 240V AC). Unlike some of our competitors' products which either accept only 110V AC input, or requies user to manually switch to a 240V input acceptance, this charger does the job automatically. For those chargers require manually switch voltage input, human error on setting the input switch could permantly damage the chargers. This full range auto switching feature eliminates the possibility of damanging the charger from human error.

User Benefit:
Allows user to charge different type of batteries. The Safe Charge Mode allows user to safely charge batteries even if the users unsure about the battery type.

Description:

The battery selector feature allows user to select different type of wet batteries to use. The initial factory setting is set at “Flood Lead Acid/AGM Charge Mode”. The other two charging modes are “Gel Charge Mode” and “Safe Charge Mode”. The Safe Charge Mode is to be used when the user is unable to identify the type of battery.

User Benefit:
Warns user to check for and replace dafective batteries. Warns user to turn off unused onboard electronic devices.

Description:

If the charger stays in the Turbo Charge stage for more than 15 hours, it will escape from the Turbo Charge stage, skip the Absorption stage, and move directly to the Maintenance stage, However, in this scenario, the status LED will not display green as in normal charging sequence. Instead, the Battery Check Warning LED display solid yellow to warn users to check battery. This situation could be resulted from defective battery cells or continuous current drawing from connected onboard electronic devices.

User Benefit:
Alerts user if any battery is not being charged.

Description:

Description: This feature helps ensure every battery is being charged. If the connection between the charger and the battery is broken by any cause, the Connection Check Warning LED will display solid yellow. This could be resulted from damaged fuse, loose connections, or any other reason that battery is not being properly connected to the charger.

Description:

The charged is 100% waterproof. It passes IP 65 (Ingress Protection) rating, it is splash proof. However, it is not recommended to install the charger in a submerged environment.

Alerts user if any battery is not being charged.

Reduce chances of fire by shielding any sparks might be generated by the charger.

Description:

The charger shields internal spark from igniting external surroundings. Internal sparks could be potentially generated by misuse or component failure.

User Benefit:
Protects battery and charger from over-current damage.

Description:

The Charger limits itself to its maximum current output capacity. If a defective battery or its connected devices try to draw larger-than-provided current from the charger, the charger will not yield current exceeding its maximum output.

User Benefit:
Protects charger from inadequate cooling environment.

Description:

The charger automatically shuts itself off if the ambient temperature rises above 122°F (50°C). This feature helps prevent damages to the charger due to overheat. The charger will automatically turn itself on again once the ambient temperature drops to 95°F (35°C).

User Benefit:
Protects batteries from incorrect DC wiring connections.

Description:

The charger automatically shuts itself off if a battery start to draw more than 16V DC charge. This feature helps prevent damages to the batteries due to unintended over-voltage supply from the charger. The over voltage supply could be resulted from incorrect DC wiring connections.

User Benefit:
Protects charger and batteries from incorrect DC polarity wiring connections. (positive to negative and vice versa).

Description:

The Charger is equipped with safety fuses on its output cables. If a user incorrectly connects a positive output cable to a battery’s negative terminal and vice versa, the fuse will be broken and thus disconnects the charger and the battery. When replacing broken fuses, please replace with spare fuses provided with the charger or use same rating and size fuses.

User Benefit:
Protects charger and batteries from short circuit.

Description:

If the charger’s positive output ring gets in contact with one of its negative output ring, the output cable’s fuse will be broken and thus disconnects the charger and the battery to prevent damage to the chargers or the batteries.
